Version 0.0.57 Improvements:
When the Command Stop is pressed, it will
display the message Stopped in the Ticker.
When the Command Start is pressed, it will
check whether isRunning is true, if it is, then
it will stop the application. The same holds true
for when the Command Stop is pressed.
